As the enrolment in the school is always in great demand, parents are strongly advised to register their child/children as soon as the dates of application are open (June to August – unless the level is full).
The application form can be obtained from the main office. Applicants are required to fill in the application form and submit it to the Main Office together with the following documents:
- a copy of the child's birth certificate,
- a copy of the child's IC (if applicable),
- a copy of the child's most recent school results.
The school normally administers tests to assess the academic abilities of the applicants in the following subjects:
- English
- Bahasa Melayu
- Science
- Mathematics
Results of such tests for successful applicants are made known before the end of the year.
In addition to the admission tests, parents and students will be interviewed by the Heads of Sections / Heads of Departments.
The Ministry of Education requires all foreign students to have valid student passes before they are officially registered with the school.
Parents should therefore, take necessary steps to obtain such passes from the Ministry of Education and Immigration Department.

New Admission
- a deposit of B$250
- one month's advance fee
- admission fee of B$50 plus (non-refundable)
- an annual surcharge of B$10 before your child/children can enter their classes (applicable to Year 1 - Year 11 students only)
- Miscellaneous fee of $130 (applicable to kindergarten students only)
Parents should settle the school fees during the FIRST FIVE WORKING DAYS of each month.
All school fees must be settled by the end of the school year. Otherwise, as per memo (Ref : KPE/DG/BPS/C/42a Pt.2 dated 8 May 2012) from the Ministry of Education regarding this matter, the school is given permission to remove the student’s name from the Register for the next year. Leaving certificates will not be issued and deposits will not be refunded until all outstanding fees are cleared.

Withdrawal
Parents are required to giveTHREE MONTHS’ WRITTEN NOTICE if they want to withdraw their child from the school. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Three months’ written notice must be given, even if you have decided to withdraw your child at the end of the academic year.
Any student whose performance, conduct or attendance is consistently unsatisfactory will be asked to leave the school. In such cases, no part of the fees for the current term will be refunded.
